UC Pressure Washing Terms and conditions:

We are not responsible for preexisting damage to siding, fascia, roofing, windows, screens, concrete, pavers, stonework, brick, tile, decks, fencing, gutters, or roofing.

Standard pressure washing does not remove rust, oil, grease, glue, paint, caulk, concrete, or other nonorganic substances.(Please let us know if any of these substances are present in your Quote requesting Process

 

Yes: Only If any vehicles are parked in the areas we’ll be cleaning, please have them moved or backed away before service. For roof washing specifically, any vehicles parked close to the house should be moved or pulled back to protect them from overspray and to give us safe, clear access to the roofline.

 Please note we are not Responsible or liable for any preexisting damage to your gutters or other parts of your home; if gutters show loose nails, rot, or visible detachment we cannot guarantee their performance or accept responsibility for related failures, and while we offer downspout clearing, underground or sewer‑line clearing is not included.

Payment is due at the end of the service when you are home. We accept cash, checks, Venmo & Cash App
If you are not present, an invoice with an online payment link will be emailed to you.

Payments made through the online portal include a (2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.)
If you prefer to avoid this fee, you’re welcome to use any of the other payment options listed above.
Please complete any online portal payment within three business days.
Payments not received within that timeframe may incur a daily late payment fee until the balance is paid.

Referrals must be homeowners and they must be NEW CUSTOMERS within Our Service Area. You’ll need a total of three qualifying referrals, each from a separate household. Every referred homeowner must book and complete any service with us. Renters, repeat customers, and canceled or uncompleted services don’t qualify. Make Sure You Remind the person who you referred to mention Your Name and Phone Number this way we can keep precise documented  records of all referrals to ensure fairness. Once all three referrals are completed, your FREE Mobile Detail is Unlocked.
