UC Pressure Washing

1. Services Provided

UC Pressure Washing provides residential and light commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, rust removal, and graffiti removal. All services are performed in Mineral Wells, Texas, and surrounding areas. Service availability depends on weather conditions, safety considerations, and project requirements.

 

2. Estimates, Pricing & Payments

  • All estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an on‑site inspection.

  • Pricing may change if additional work, conditions, or safety requirements are discovered.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, check, or approved digital payment.

  • Deposits may be required for large projects or special scheduling.

 

3. Scheduling, Weather & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed times.

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • UC Pressure Washing may charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no‑shows.

  • Severe weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues may require rescheduling. We will notify you promptly.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area.

  • Remove vehicles, furniture, fragile items, and obstacles.

  • Inform UC Pressure Washing of any known issues such as loose siding, damaged surfaces, electrical hazards, or water supply limitations.

  • Secure pets and ensure children remain clear of the work zone.

Failure to prepare the area may result in delays or additional charges.

 

5. Liability & Limitations

 

UC Pressure Washing is not responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing damage, deterioration, or structural issues.

  • Oxidation, paint failure, or discoloration caused by age or prior neglect.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation of materials (e.g., loose siding, brittle shingles).

  • Items left in the work area that are not removed or protected by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the specific area affected, not exceeding the total amount paid for the service.

 

6. Property Damage & Incident Handling

Although we take every precaution, accidental damage can occur. If so:

  • We will notify the customer immediately.

  • We will work toward a fair and reasonable resolution.

  • UC Pressure Washing’s responsibility is limited to direct damage caused by our actions, not consequential or indirect losses.

 

7. Website Use

All content on our website is provided for general information. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse of our content, images, or materials is prohibited.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, text, images, and digital content are the property of UC Pressure Washing or their respective owners. No rights are granted to use our intellectual property without written permission.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Palo Pinto County, Texas.
